Our instructors are full-time professional instructors, highly trained in adult education, to ensure that every student's learning needs are met. We strongly believe that by using our knowledge to spread lifesaving skills, we can positively impact people’s lives and the wider community. Our customers believe this also and tell us so on many occasions. Simple skills really can make a difference in difficult situations. STAC has five cases of lives saved by the work we do. This is why we all get up in the morning: to help equip another group of people with the skills to save lives.

Our instructors have decades of combined experience in the fire service, military medicine, and adult education. We use this array of expertise to create an unrivalled training programme tailored to your work environment. Our instructors are the cornerstone of our training programs, bringing extensive expertise and real-world experience to every session. Certified in Emergency First Response (EFR), First Aid Response (FAR), Paramedics, Confined Space, Work at Heights, and Rescue Medics, they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to deliver comprehensive training in Emergency Response and Safety Procedures. With backgrounds in Fire Safety and as Medical officers, they provide invaluable insights and practical guidance, ensuring that participants are well-prepared to handle emergency situations effectively. Through hands-on instruction, interactive simulations, and personalised coaching, our instructors empower individuals and organisations to mitigate risks, respond confidently to emergencies, and ultimately save lives. Whether in the classroom or on-site, our team is committed to delivering training of the highest calibre, equipping participants with the tools and confidence to navigate challenging situations with competence and compassion.
